What you’ll do
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing best practices and supporting the account management team in daily tasks and projects. 
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships and drive the continued value of our product
  • Work with clients to establish goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Educate clients on new product features and functionality, how they work and how they can contribute to business growth
  • Ensure that client escalations are resolved on time 
  • Be a point of contact providing technical and product knowledge expertise and resolution to both technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing through a variety of communication tools
  • Coordinate customer needs or issues with the Product Team to help shape the product
The end result will be increased customer satisfaction, retention, and business value expansion.
What you’ll definitely need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Fluency in English and German languages in written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge in HTML & CSS
  • Ambition, motivation and focus on results
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Detail oriented and analytical mindset
  • Passion for technology & marketing
